The first feature film to be made in Jamaica and the first film to bring Reggae to the rest of the World. With dreams of becoming a successful Reggae singer, Ivan, a young Jamaican man ( played by Jimmy Cliff) finds corruption from his record producers and the drug pushers they're connected to. Rather than fail his dreams Ivan lets nothing stand in his way, not even the law.
