The Corncutters bring together some of Norfolk’s most versatile musicians around a shared love of Bluegrass and American roots music. Equally at home ripping up traditional fiddle tunes or adding a tender touch to their own self-penned songs and tunes, their line-up evolved around the virtuosic mandolin playing of Nic Zuppardi (The Shackleton Trio, Dan Walsh Trio) with the guitar and banjo of Adam Clark (Nobodaddy). Their critically-acclaimed debut album ‘You, I and the Sky’ set out the musical furrow which they continue to plough with the addition of Joe Hartley (Redemption, Thin Lizzish) on double bass.
